One Minute - Swimming in Silence with Tibetan Bowls
One Minute - Swimming in Silence
"I think 99 times and find nothing.
I stop thinking, swim in silence
and the truth comes to me."
~ Albert Einstein
Purpose:
- Spend time with yourself
- Rest your brain
- Be refreshed
- Sit down with your back, head and neck straight or lie down on your back with palms at your side.
- Close your mouth. Be without words.
- Close your eyes. Leave the visual world behind.
- Practice silent listening. Be aware of the sounds around you but don’t try to analyze them.
- Watch your thoughts silently. Coexist with thoughts, emotions, sensations and everything around you.
